Concept

Since my teenage years, I have been devoted to sculpture

and have continued my journey as a contemporary sculptor.

I return to the original meaning that accessories have carried

since ancient times—protection and warding off misfortune—

and reconstruct that idea through a sculptural lens,

designing pieces that allow new strength to reside within the wearer.

The Shimenawa Bangle embodies the belief:
