A silver bracelet made from Mihogidama, the oldest ornament in Japan.
Originally made from agate stone, they have been popular as jewelry for over 2,000 years.
The magatama used as parts have been used in rituals since ancient times, and in modern times they are also used as talismans to ward off evil spirits and bad luck when worn.
I have an agate Mihogitama bracelet, but I wanted it to fit in with modern fashion so I had it reconstructed in silver.
The material is all 925 silver, including the chain.
The magatama are black plated, while the tubular and round beads are made of plain silver .
The parts are strung on a silver chain with a total length of 18cm.
The chain length can be adjusted.
