Yatagarasu Feather Pendant　

Let the divine flutter of wings rest upon your chest.

This pendant series features stylized interpretations of the mythical Yatagarasu’s feathers—left and right wing feathers, and tail feather—each imbued with deep meaning from Japanese mythology.

• Thunder (Left Wing Feather)
  Inspired by Susanoo and the Kusanagi Sword

  Linked to Amaterasu and the Yata Mirror
  Symbol of protection, life, and blessings

• Crescent Moon (Right Wing Feather)
  Connected to Tsukuyomi and the Yasakani no Magatama
  Symbol of tranquility, rebirth, and intuition

Each feather has standalone meaning, but when combined with the central Yatagarasu pendant, they form a complete mythical symbol—a divine trinity echoing the legend of Yatagarasu’s three legs.

The feather charms are finished with Japan’s finest black urushi lacquer, heat-bonded to the silver surface to achieve a profound black sheen reminiscent of the sacred crow.

• Small: approx. 14mm (W) × 59mm (H) × 2mm (T)

Materials and Accessories

• Made entirely from sterling silver (Silver 925)

• Small set includes: 2.1mm-thick, 50cm silver chain + small custom connector

• Large set includes: 3.8mm-thick, 60cm silver chain + large custom connector

• Finished with premium Japanese black urushi lacquer (heat-treated)
